LASU: The plight of the leaders of tomorrow

The noise, the songs, the beating of drums and the spirit of the African child woke me up!
Perplexed, I opened my window to see what was going on, I asked my neighbour what was happening and he said
"The students of Lagos state university are at it again"
Then I remembered, the hike In the school fees has affected the less privilege.

Our school fees must be reduced! One ran along beside me, from 25k to an alarmingly high price of about 250 thousand!
Even I will scream at such an unreasonable increment
But however, the sins of the father is been reconciled on the children!
Or have we forgotten that a high percentage of the elderly collected bribes and tips from this government during election..
As such the parents can only keep quiet and watch as our students are shot with tear gas and rubber bullets,
The question is this, "is it a crime to aspire to learn?"
Why do we lay so much emphasis on increment when the foundations of education are rotten and have fallen into total darkness, why increment? When our daughters go to school with a made up mind to sleep with teachers for marks, why our institutions is considered barbaric and ancient even by those who lecture us!
Then the lecturers went on strike, claiming they want decrease in fees and others:
Where were they:
When our alahajs and sisters pleaded
When our girls fainted in the school premises from inhaling teargas?
Now, they want to be laid off, Now they scream!
Diaris God o!
If we are not been attacked by boko H. We are already giving up the ghost,
because an unenlightened present will give birth to a future subdued in darkness.
Aluta continua!
But in peace!
because despite the injustice, we are not animals
All we want is our fundamental human right
*The right to education *
