Robert Downey Jr. Confirms Iron Man 4

In the never-ending will it/won't it narrative led by actor Robert Downey Jr, it looks like Iron Man 4 could be happening after all.
In a recent appearance on the Ellen Show, the Iron Man actor admitted as much to host Ellen DeGeneres.
"I know there's gonna be a bunch more Marvel movies and...they have big ideas of how to do it best, and we're in the middle of negotiations, and blah blah blah..." RDJ said, before trailing off.
"So...'yes'" said DeGeneres.
"Okay, yes," replied the actor.
This comes a month after RDJ stated that "there's nothing in the pipe," and "there’s no plan for a fourth Iron Man". More recently, he said he would only appear in Iron Man 4 if his friend Mel Gibson was to direct the film, which he later revealed in his Reddit AMA to be "an offhanded remark to a journalist and friend."
"I have other projects in mind for Mel and I - sooner than later the Marvel Roster will be made public and all questions will be answered."
